Why am I always tired?

Constant tiredness is also caused by living a sedentary lifestyle. Many people in the present world do not do any form of physical activity and this is unhealthy and can lead to sicknesses and unhealthy lives in the long run. Exercise such as walking once a day is good because muscles in the body are active. Resting after these exercises helps the body to rejuvenate and hence the level of fatigue is minimized.
